Phone lines to the Box Office are closed after business hours. The Box Office opens 90 minutes prior to each performance for walk-up sales, and remains open until the end of intermission or, in the case of shows without an intermission, until 15 minutes after the performance begins.

Box Office Information

Tickets may be purchased online using American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Tickets will be mailed or held at our Will Call window depending on the customer’s preference and time frame when the tickets are purchased. It is preferable to order tickets on a desktop computer versus a touch screen device.

All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. There is a $5.00 per ticket fee (for a maximum of $20.00) for all phone orders, walk-up sales and web sales. Subscription orders have a $12.00 processing fee on the order. There is a $2.00 fee for order(s) that have requested to be mailed. Ticket fees, mailing fees, booking protect fees, and subscription processing fees are incurred at the point of sale, and therefore non-refundable even if a show is cancelled. Please bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used for purchase when picking up tickets at our Will Call window. If another party is picking up tickets you purchased, please provide authorization to the Box Office either in writing or phone call.

  • ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. There are NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS or CREDITS offered if you miss your performance for any reason. This includes, but not limited to: ILLNESS, DEATH, MEDICAL EMERGENCY, EXTREME WEATHER, TRAFFIC, BRIDGE OPENINGS, etc. When possible, Theatre management may, but is not obligated to, attempt to make reasonable accomodations for patrons to see the current production they missed.
  • Tickets purchased two weeks or more in advance will be mailed to the mailing address you select unless you specify to hold them in our Box Office.
  • Tickets purchased within ten days of the performance date will be held at the “Will Call” window of our Box Office. We reserve the right to ask for photo identification when picking up your order.
  • Events are removed from the website one hour prior to the scheduled event.
  • Exchanges can only be made for the same production of our season shows, not on limited engagements. All tickets must be surrendered to the Box Office within at least 24 hours prior to the start of your originally scheduled performance in order to exchange your tickets. This also applies to ticket donations.
  • All exchanges are subject to a price increase, depending on the available seating, and $6.00 exchange fee (if applicable).
  • House credits can be used on future season shows and limited engagements excluding special events, gala tickets and other future productions that may have limitations.
  • Subscription prices and individual ticket prices are subject to change without notice based on availability.
  • Subscriptions can be ordered online or with the proper form. Completed subscription forms can be mailed to, taken to, or emailed to the Box Office.
  • Children under the age of 4 will not be admitted into the theatre. Management reserves the right to ask patrons with disruptive children to exit to the lobby, if need be.
  • Wheelchair and handicapped seating is available. Please let us know your needs by calling the Box Office at (561) 575-2223 at least 24 hours prior to the performance you wish to attend.
  • The rules for late seating and timing are at the discretion of theatre management.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entrance and services to any patron.
  • All performances, artists and dates are subject to change.

$25 Rush Tickets for Students under 18

Beginning 90 minutes prior to any evening performance of a season subscription show, subject to mezzanine seat availability, students under 18 with a valid student ID may purchase up to two $25 student rush mezzanine tickets to that performance.Ticket(s) must be purchased in person and CANNOT be ordered over the phone.

*Note: Student Rush is applicable only for Maltz Jupiter Theatre mainstage productions and does not apply to limited engagements or other non-Maltz Jupiter Theatre events.

Gift Certificates

Our Gift Certificates can be used to purchase tickets for any of our limited engagements or season performances on sale at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre box office, over the phone, and online. They cannot be used for any production or individual that rents our venue. Gift Certificates, for any denomination, can be purchased by phone or in person at the box office during business hours.

Patrons with Disabilities

The Maltz Jupiter Theatre is dedicated to providing persons with disabilities the necessary measures for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Accessible seating for persons with disabilities is available in our orchestra and Club Level. Please be sure to mention any special seating request when placing your ticket order. Our lobby restrooms also are fully accessible.

RF Listening System

Headsets aiding in amplification and clarity are available for hearing impaired patrons on a first come first serve basis. Receivers and earphones are available free of charge and may be signed out prior to the performance using a driver’s license or major credit card as a “deposit”. Loop lanyards are also available with use receivers. Upon completion of use, your deposit will then be returned. They are lightweight and can be used in all sections of the theatre.

Covid 19 Policy

The Maltz Jupiter Theatre is committed to following the general guidelines established by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the Florida Department of Health. Under the current public health measures for COVID-19, the government has lifted restrictions and deemed gatherings to be acceptable. This means we will be able to proceed with full-capacity events until further notice. You acknowledge by purchasing a ticket, there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are gathered. Unless guidelines established by the CDC and FDH change as it relates to capacity allowances, ticket refunds will not be issued for any COVID-19 related matters.

Theatre Policies

Because of Fire Department regulations, all persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to attend a performance at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre.

  • The theatre reserves the right to remove any patron from the theatre and/or premises at the discretion of management.
  • Please silence all cell phones and pagers during the performance.
  • Recording devices of any type are not permitted in the theatre.
  • Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the Maltz Jupiter Theatre.
  • The rules for late seating and timing are at the discretion of theatre management.
  • House credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • Processing, mailing, exchange, booking protect, and ticket fees are not refundable.
