In our capacity as registrar of the site we ask you to submit information about your self for our email offers. When you purchase tickets to our shows, we ask for your first and last name, organization, city, state/province, zip code (or country and postal code for non-U.S. residents), country, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. We may use this personally identifiable information (excluding credit card information) to contact you about your account or other matters relating to the tickets or shows, such as to inform you about new information on our Site or changes in show times and cancellations. When you purchase tickets, we compile and maintain a database that includes basic information about each user registered with us, including the names, telephone numbers, addresses and e-mail addresses of individuals designated as points of contact. Except as otherwise agreed, The Maltz Jupiter Theatre may use this registration database information in the same manner as information collected from our customers on the Site.
How does The Maltz Jupiter Theatre protect my information?
Your payment and personal information is always safe and secure. The Jupiter Theatre website has (SSL) software that is an industry standard. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read over the internet

We do not sell information about our ticket purchasers to any outside companies. We occasionally provide do mailings to our ticket holders providing information about shows being presented by renters of the theatre.

Ticket Purchasing Policies:
Events are removed from the website at midnight prior to the event. Please call the box office for day of performance tickets. Tickets purchased two weeks or more in advance will be mailed to the mailing address you select unless you specify us to hold them in our box office. Tickets purchased within ten days of the performance date will be held at the "Will Call" window of our box office. All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations. Exchanges can only be made for the same production. There will be a $3 fee for ticket exchanges. Student tickets CANNOT be purchased online. You MUST call the box office for student reservations. Wheelchair and handicapped seating is available. Please let us know your needs by calling the Box Office at 561-575-2223 ext 1. All performances, artists and dates are subject to change.
