Daena Daena Briscoe has worked at various forms of tech support for nearly 10 years. He began in 2001 at the West Palm Beach Public Library, where he provided staff and patrons with desktop support. After leaving the library, he worked in various office environments, where he gained a wide array of general IT experience. During this time he began to focus his skills on networking and computer programming. Over the past two years, he has worked as onsite support for Insight, which provides network and system upgrades for the financial sector. Some of the projects with which he has been involved include Regions Bank's network upgrade, Jefferies & Co. satellite branch configuration and, most recently, the Chase/WaMu conversion.
