Tricia Trimble joined the Maltz Jupiter Theatre in October 2005 as Development Director and became Managing Director in May of 2008. During her eight seasons at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre, she has been instrumental in growing the Theatre with co-leader Andrew Kato in size and quality, from a budget of $3.5 million to $5.5 million and from a subscription base of 2,300 to 7,400 annual subscribers. This growth has resulted in numerous Carbonell awards, national recognition and grants awards from the National Endowment for the Arts and The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Fund.

She raised an additional quarter million dollars in 2007 to build the Theatre’s Conservatory of Performing Arts, grew the donor base from 287 to 2,733 and raised a record level of donations, allowing the Theatre to close in the black each year. Through her leadership, the Theatre was able to pay off a large operating debt and establish a $10 million endowment. She serves as the President of the Maltz Jupiter Theatre Endowment, Inc. and has served as a member of grant panels for the State of Florida.

Prior to joining the Theatre, she founded Tricia Trimble Marketing and Licensing in the San Francisco Bay Area and negotiated and managed licensing agreements between designers and Fortune 500 companies for the home furnishings industry. Having served as a Western Regional Sales Manager for the West Point Pepperell Corp., Tricia has more than 25 years’ national experience in marketing, sales and management. A native Floridian, she returned to Florida (after many years spent in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco) with her husband Tom and their three children. She attended Marquette University and earned a B.A. degree in Mass Communications from Florida State University.
