I had tickets to a Limited Engagement show that has been postponed, what are the new dates for these performances? 

We are currently in the process of rescheduling these productions, you will receive notification directly from customer service when this has been completed. 

The Limited Engagement show I had tickets for is being rescheduled, what do I need to do to reserve my seat for the new performance date? 

For those Limited Engagements that are postponed, your seat locations will automatically roll over to the newly scheduled date.  

What should I do if I am unable to attend the rescheduled date for the Limited Engagement I purchased?

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date of your Limited Engagement, please contact “customer service link” and request a refund. 

If I donate my cancelled show tickets, will I be able to get a tax deduction letter?

All donations to the Maltz Jupiter Theatre are fully tax-deductible and donors will receive a formal acknowledgement letter noting their contribution to the Theatre.

Why can’t you refund the credit card with which I purchased a ticket?

Our ticketing system does not retain credit card numbers.  Therefore, all reimbursements must be done via check.  

How long will it take for my refund to process?

As you can imagine, the volume of reimbursements is massive.  With a small staff this process may take up to six weeks to complete; we hope to finish by early February.
