What is happening at the Theatre? When will you open?

We are trying!  Our newly renovated, state-of-the-art Theatre will be opening soon!  Everything is in place and we can’t wait to welcome all of our loyal patrons back to the newly expanded Theatre!   Currently, we are anxiously awaiting to receive official inspections approvals before we are allowed to safely re-open our doors.  

Why can’t I reach anyone?

We understand and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We greatly appreciate your patience during this time. I have tickets for Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, will the Theatre be open in time to still have this show?

Due to the delay in our official building inspections, Week 1 of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (March 22 – March 27) has been CANCELLED.  If you have tickets for Week 1, you can easily exchange your current tickets for one of the eight performances of this Tony Award-winning musical during Week 3 (April 5th – 10th).  Please CLICK HERE for detailed information on how to make your ticket exchange.

If I exchange my tickets for Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, do I get to keep my same seats?

Your seat exchange for Week 3 of DRS will be based on “best available” and will be processed in the order that they are received.   The Box Office will endeavor to move your seat locations as close to the seating you had originally reserved, on the newly selected performance date of your choice.

Can I request a refund for Dirty Rotten Scoundrels?

If you are unable to exchange your tickets for DRS for the new Week 3 dates (April 5-10), kindly fill out THIS SURVEY and request a refund.  We ask your patience as refunds may take 6-8 weeks and are processed in the order that they are received.

Are there any other performances still scheduled for this season?

In addition to Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, rescheduled now for March 29 – April 10, there is a Limited Engagement –The Prince Project scheduled for Sat., April 16 at 8PM and Jason Newsted and The Chophouse Band Concert benefiting The Goldner Conservatory, scheduled for Sat, April 23 at 8PM.

When will the Theatre announce the new season?

We look forward to announcing the 2022-23 Season very soon!  Please continue to visit our website for details!  Current season subscribers will receive their renewals in advance by mail.  

WHAT PRODUCTIONS WILL BE PART OF THE 2021/22 SEASON?

I Hate Hamlet:
I Hate Hamlet (February 8-20, 2022) ran at the new gorgeous Benjamin School Theatre in Palm Beach Gardens.

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels:
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels will be presented at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre.  Season subscribers will be scheduled into their usual subscription days/times/seats from March 29 through April 10th.

What protocols and guidelines are being followed to address the safety of those in attendance?

The Maltz Jupiter Theatre will take many precautions at upcoming performances to protect patrons, actors, and volunteers, including routine cleaning and disinfecting; the use of UV sanitizing wands; the vaccination of all staff, volunteers, cast and crew; multiple hands-free hand sanitizer stations; and the use of hands-free ticket scanning and digital programs. All guests aged 2 and over are required to wear a mask and guests aged 5 and over are required to present documentation (printed or digital) of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result taken no more than 72 hours prior to the performance date, OR a negative Covid-19 Antigen test result taken no more than 24 hours prior to the performance date.  As an alternative to the test documentation, fully vaccinated guests may present documentation (printed or digital) showing full vaccination status with their ID. Please CLICK/TAP HERE for a complete list of health protocols and requirements. 

I had tickets to a Limited Engagement show that has been postponed, what are the new dates for these performances? 

If you have tickets to a Limited Engagement that was scheduled during February and March, please visit jupitertheatre.org/upcoming-engagements for the new dates of your specific performance.  All LE have been rescheduled for future dates, with the exception of The McCartney Years scheduled on February 11, 2022, this performance was cancelled.   

If you have requested a refund, we ask your patience as refunds are being processed as they are received and may take 6-8 weeks. 

The Limited Engagement show I had tickets for is being rescheduled, what do I need to do to reserve my seat for the new performance date? 

For those Limited Engagements that are postponed, your seat locations will automatically roll over to the newly scheduled date.  

If I donate my cancelled show tickets, will I be able to get a tax deduction letter?

All donations to the Maltz Jupiter Theatre are fully tax-deductible and donors will receive a formal acknowledgement letter noting their contribution to the Theatre.

Why can’t you refund the credit card with which I purchased a ticket?

Our ticketing system does not retain credit card numbers.  Therefore, all reimbursements must be done via check.  

How long will it take for my refund to process?

As you can imagine, the volume of reimbursements is massive.  With a small staff this process may take up to 6-8 weeks to complete.
