July 9, 2014 (Jupiter) – Mark your calendar for five nights of fun!
Whether you’re celebrating date night, girls’ night out, family night or a special occasion, the Maltz Jupiter Theatre is sure to spice up your social calendar with endless possibilities. Need a gift or a ‘just because’ outing? The Theatre has options for everyone with season tickets, featuring five reasons to go out and celebrate throughout the season.
The Theatre’s 2014/15 season will begin with The Foreigner (October 26 – November 9), an uproariously funny adventure set in a rural Georgia fishing lodge that follows a shy man who adopts a persona as a non-English-speaking foreigner. We continue with Fiddler on the Roof (December 2 – 21), the Tony Award®-winning classic musical that follows dairyman Tevye as he fights to maintain his family and heritage. Next up in The Wiz (January 13 - February 1), the spirited, rock gospel and soul Tony Award®-winning musical based on the classic tale The Wonderful Wizard of Oz – perfect for the entire family. Then join us for Glengarry Glen Ross (February 8 – 22), David Mamet's Pulitzer Prize-winning masterpiece about a group of tough-talking Chicago real estate agents who will do anything to close a deal. Our incredible season ends with a four-week run of the Tony Award®-winning phenomenon Les Misérables (March 10 – April 5), an epic and inspiring production not to be missed!
“In addition to saving money on the price of single tickets, purchasing season tickets provides an opportunity for unforgettable, unique ‘nights out’ throughout the season,” said Jennifer Sardone-Shiner, director of marketing. “Get ready to laugh with your friends for The Foreigner and bring your family to Fiddler on the Roof or give tickets as a holiday gift. Have a ‘girls night out’ for The Wiz, a date night for Glengarry Glen Ross and celebrate a special occasion with Les Misérables. It’s a win-win!”
Season tickets are currently on sale and begin at $194, with two convenient purchasing options: the four-play and the five-play. Season ticket holders save 10 percent to 15 percent on single ticket prices, and also get one fee-free ticket exchange per ticket per show and advance notice and ability to purchase tickets to limited engagements and other special events. Groups of 20 or more receive an additional discount.
For dinner plans or a post-show cocktail, Jupiter offers the best restaurants, featuring spectacular cuisine that is sure to enhance your night out. And the fun doesn’t stop there – come for the night and stay for the weekend at one of the area’s luxurious hotels. Special lodging rates are available at many local hotels, including Jupiter Beach Resort, Jupiter Waterfront Inn, the Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites in Palm Beach Gardens.
Season tickets are now available for new club level premium seats in the Theatre’s recently renovated space, The Green Room, where guests may enjoy a stylish lounge and amenities throughout the season. The Green Room includes a premium upper-level seating area that provides comfort, privacy and panoramic views of the stage. In this area, guests can enjoy food, drinks, festivities and a professional Broadway-caliber production in a comfortable and classy environment.
