Major Gifts Officer
The Major Gifts Officer is a frontline fundraising professional responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of mid-tier individual donors — primarily those giving in the $1,000–$25,000 range — through proactive outreach, strategic cultivation, and high-quality stewardship. This is a relationship-first role, requiring someone equally comfortable analyzing a donor portfolio and sitting across from a prospective supporter over coffee. In addition to individual giving, the Major Gifts Officer plays a supporting role in identifying and introducing corporate and business partnership leads, helping to build the Theatre’s pipeline of institutional supporters in coordination with the Director of Development and marketing staff.

The Mainstage Supervisor/Carpenter position at Maltz Jupiter Theatre is responsible for training, supervising and coordinating the deck crew for MJT productions, as well as operating scenic systems and maintaining scenery during the run of each production. The Mainstage Supervisor is also responsible for daily safety checks and assuring safety protocols are implemented. When not in production, this position serves as a carpenter at our Production Center, constructing, installing, repairing, and striking sets and show elements for season productions and other special projects as assigned. This role works as part of a team at both the Production Center and Maltz Jupiter Theatre and reports to the Technical Director.

The Conservatory Marketing and Outreach Coordinator brings dedicated marketing and design expertise to the Goldner Conservatory as its programming and community reach continues to grow. This role produces the Conservatory’s social media content and paid advertising, adapts existing Theatre and Conservatory materials for digital, print, and outdoor use, and represents the Conservatory at outward-facing community events to recruit new students and build awareness beyond the building’s walls.

The Conservatory Curriculum and Programs Manager owns the programmatic and curricular architecture of the Goldner Conservatory: what is taught, when it is offered, who teaches it, and how each offering contributes to a financially sustainable whole. This is a hands-on curriculum and season-planning role for an experienced arts-education professional who understands how to build an annual season including: fall and spring studio sessions, summer camps, day camps, week-long camps, adult classes, homeschool classes, and private lessons and others as needed into a coherent, financially break-even-or-better program.
