The Broadway Collective at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre’s Goldner Conservatory proudly presents a one-of-a-kind masterclass with two-time Tony Award–nominated director and choreographer Denis Jones.
Known for his dynamic and inventive staging, Denis has worked at the highest levels of American theatre, directing and choreographing on Broadway, as well as helming acclaimed productions at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre, including the upcoming Misery. His artistry has earned him multiple Carbonell Awards and national recognition for pushing the boundaries of musical theatre storytelling.
In this exclusive class, Denis will teach a thrilling dance combination from “Brotherhood of Man” in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Participants will experience firsthand the energy, precision, and character-driven movement that makes Broadway choreography unforgettable.
This class is designed for dancers at an intermediate level or above, but all are welcome to observe the class as auditors (audit fee is the same as participant fee). Whether you’re dreaming of the Broadway stage or simply want to sharpen your skills with one of theatre’s most accomplished artists, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Hunter Foster - Director of Million Dollar Quartet
Tony Award®-Nominated Performer Known for his Tony-nominated role in Little Shop of Horrors and Broadway turns in Urinetown and The Bridges of Madison County, Hunter brings a multifaceted perspective as an actor, director, and writer to his lessons on musical theatre performance.
Jennifer Werner – Director of Come From Away
Associate Director on Broadway’s The Book of Mormon and The Cottage, as well as regional theatre productions around the country, Jennifer brings a deep knowledge of directing and choreography, offering students insight into building skillful physical storytelling.
Bill Fennelly – Director of Good Night Oscar
Currently a theatre professor at Drexel University, Bill is a master storyteller with credits spanning Broadway and regional theatre. He offers students a director’s-eye view into character development, scene work, and the collaborative artistry that brings scripts to life on stage.
Marcos Santana – Director of Man of La Mancha
An electrifying presence both on stage and off, Marcos is known for his dynamic choreography and Broadway performances in On Your Feet! His teaching will emphasize character, rhythm, and authenticity through choreography.
