Walk up ticketing is not available at this time, however in season the Box Office opens 90 minutes prior to each performance for walk-up sales, and remains open until the end of intermission or, in the case of shows without an intermission, until 15 minutes after the performance begins.

$25 Rush Tickets for Students under 18

Beginning 90 minutes prior to any evening performance of a season subscription show, subject to mezzanine seat availability, students under 18 with a valid student ID may purchase up to two $25 student rush mezzanine tickets to that performance. Ticket(s) must be purchased in person and CANNOT be ordered over the phone.

*Note: Student Rush is applicable only for Maltz Jupiter Theatre Season productions and does not apply to Limited Engagements or other non-Maltz Jupiter Theatre produced events.

Patrons with Disabilities

The Maltz Jupiter Theatre is dedicated to providing persons with disabilities the necessary measures for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Accessible seating for persons with disabilities is available in all of the venues we will be performing in this season. Please be sure to mention any special seating request when placing your ticket order. All lobby restrooms are also fully accessible.

RF Listening System

Headsets aiding in amplification and clarity are available for hearing impaired patrons on a first come, first serve basis. Receivers with earphones or hearing loops are available free of charge and may be signed out prior to the performance using a driver’s license or major credit card. They are lightweight and can be used in all sections of the theatre. Upon completion of use, your ID or credit card will be returned.

Raincheck Policy

In Florida, rain can come and go very quickly.  As a result, the Maltz Jupiter Theatre will attempt to present every performance, even if bad weather is in the forecast.  If unrelenting bad weather occurs, the following policies will go into effect:

Productions lasting more that 40 minutes will be considered “completed” performances and will not receive a raincheck.  Productions lasting less than 40 minutes will be considered “rained out” provided that an announcement is made stating that the show cannot resume due to the weather situations.  Please note that if the start time is delayed or the performance is interrupted due to weather, the show is not automatically “rained out.”  Maltz Jupiter Theatre Management may choose to pause the show until the weather passes. 

If Management announces the production as “rained out,” patrons may exchange their ticket(s) for another performance (subject to availability). Your ticket will serve as your raincheck.  Only actual, legible tickets in their original form will be accepted as rainchecks. Rainchecks may be redeemed for a ticket for any remaining performance of Jersey Boys by contacting the box office following the day of being “rained out” from the source from which you originally purchased the ticket. Third party ticket resellers will not be able to provide rainchecks.  For this reason, we suggest you avoid purchasing tickets from these sources.

If a performance is given after a delayed start or resumes after an interruption, rainchecks are not valid and may not be exchanged.   Rainchecks are not considered “house credits” and cannot be used for any other production, Limited Engagement, benefit concert or event produced by the Maltz Jupiter Theatre.

Typically, management will not call a show “rained out” for any evening performance before 8pm.  A delayed start time or the length of an interruption in the performance will be at the discretion of management, and that decision is final.

If a performance is determined to be “rained out” prior to the performance, the Maltz Jupiter Theatre will communicate this through email, an announcement at the venue, and through social media.

Temperatures in Florida in January typically range from warm to cool.  As everyone’s tolerance level is different, we suggest bringing blankets and/or layering your clothes to make yourself comfortable.

Rainchecks must be redeemed by 6pm on Saturday, January 29, 2022.  Failure to do so by that time will forfeit your ability to receive any benefit for your raincheck.  If the 3pm performance of Jersey Boys on January 30th is “rained out,” customers will receive a refund.

Comparable Seating Restrictions

Due to differences in seating configurations in each of the seating venues, our Patron Services will endeavor to provide you comparable seating locations that closely match your current subscription locations.  As it is impossible to create exact seating matches between venues, you agree when taking a subscription this season to accept the seat assignment provided.  Failure to provide ticket buyers with the seat locations we normally guarantee customers in their subscription series, outside of the Maltz Jupiter Theatre venue, will not be a cause for a refund.

Change in Performance Dates, Times and Locations

Due to the unique requirements needed to put the Grand Reopening season together including “Maltz Without Walls,” standard Maltz Jupiter Theatre dates, times and locations may vary depending on the production and venue.  The date, time of performance, and venue location will be clearly marked on your tickets.  Please take the time to carefully mark your calendar with the correct information provided to you.  As two of the season productions take place at alternate venues (Jersey Boys will be at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium and I Hate Hamlet will be at The Benjamin School Theatre), we highly recommend you familiarize yourself with the new locations and provide adequate time to arrive and park.  The Maltz Jupiter Theatre will not be responsible for late arrival or missed performances.  If you need directions or other information for the productions you purchased, please call Patron Services at our box office at: (561) 575-2223.

Covid 19 Policy

The Maltz Jupiter Theatre is committed to following the general guidelines established by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the Florida Department of Health. Under the current public health measures for COVID-19, the government has lifted restrictions and deemed gatherings to be acceptable. This means we will be able to proceed with full-capacity events until further notice. You acknowledge by purchasing a ticket, there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are gathered. Unless guidelines established by the CDC and FDH change as it relates to capacity allowances, ticket refunds will not be issued for any COVID-19 related matters.

Theatre Policies

Because of Fire Department regulations, all persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to attend a performance at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre.

  • The theatre reserves the right to remove any patron from the theatre and/or premisies at the discretion of management.
  • Please silence all cell phones and pagers during the performance.
  • Recording devices of any type are not permitted in the theatre.
  • Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the Maltz Jupiter Theatre.
  • The rules for late seating and timing are at the discretion of theatre management.
  • House credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.
