It is important to The Maltz Jupiter Theatre that all persons who utilize our web site located at Jupitertheatre.org (the "Site") and all persons who purchase tickets to our shows understand what information we collect and how we use it. The Maltz Jupiter Theatre operates in two separate capacities - as the marketing and information center for the company and the on line ticket office. The Maltz Jupiter Theatre maintains a database related to each customer or who registers with us. The Maltz Jupiter Theatre also provides other ancillary products and services (the "Service") to customers utilizing our Site and through direct sales and service.
What information do we collect as a registrar from users of the Site or customers of the Service?
In our capacity as registrar of the site we ask you to submit information about your self for our email offers. When you purchase tickets to our shows, we ask for your first and last name, organization, city, state/province, zip code (or country and postal code for non-U.S. residents), country, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. We may use this personally identifiable information (excluding credit card information) to contact you about your account or other matters relating to the tickets or shows, such as to inform you about new information on our Site or changes in show times and cancellations. When you purchase tickets, we compile and maintain a database that includes basic information about each user registered with us, including the names, telephone numbers, addresses and e-mail addresses of individuals designated as points of contact. Except as otherwise agreed, The Maltz Jupiter Theatre may use this registration database information in the same manner as information collected from our customers on the Site.
How does The Maltz Jupiter Theatre protect my information?
Your payment and personal information is always safe and secure. The Jupiter Theatre website has (SSL) software that is an industry standard. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read over the internet
The information we receive from or about you is stored on systems designed to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of that information. We also encrypt your transmission of sensitive information to us (e.g., credit card numbers, account passwords) in the interest of heightened privacy protection and information integrity. Will The Maltz Jupiter Theatre disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
We do not sell information about our ticket purchasers to any outside companies. We occasionally do mailings to our ticket holders providing information about shows being presented by renters of the theatre.

Ticket Purchasing Policies:
Events are removed from the website at one hour prior to the event. Tickets purchased two weeks or more in advance will be mailed to the mailing address you select unless you specify us to hold them in our box office. Tickets purchased within ten days of the performance date will be held at the "Will Call" window of our box office. All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations. Exchanges can only be made for the same production. There will be a $6 fee for ticket exchanges. Student Rush tickets CANNOT be purchased online. Wheelchair and handicapped seating is available.
